Pet Odor Treatment for Concrete & Artificial Turf
Odor-reduction cleaning and treatment for dog runs, patios, side yards and artificial turf where pet urine has built up.
Get Your Yard Smelling Fresh Again
Pet urine soaks into porous concrete and settles into the backing of artificial turf. A quick hose-down moves the smell around but does not remove it.
We clean the area, then apply enzyme or odor-neutralizing products made for pet urine, following the manufacturer instructions and giving them time to work. Sanitizing products and sealing can be added when they are part of your quote.
- Patios, dog runs and side yards
- Artificial turf areas
- Cleaning before odor treatment
- Enzyme or odor-neutralizing treatment
- Dwell time and rinse

How It Works

4. Rinse
The area is rinsed when the treatment is done.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- This is an odor-reduction service. Complete or permanent odor removal is not guaranteed.
- Urine can soak deep into concrete, grout, soil, joints and turf backing, beyond what surface treatment can reach.
- Odor can return with continued use, or if contamination remains below the surface. Regular treatment works best.
- Heavy buildup may need a second treatment, which we can quote. We do not replace turf or do subsurface remediation.
- Please pick up pet waste before we arrive and keep pets secured during service.
Pet Odor Treatment FAQ
Does it work on artificial turf?
Yes. We treat turf areas as well as concrete patios and dog runs.
Is it safe for my pets?
Pets need to be secured during service and kept off the area until it is dry. Ask us about the products we use if your pets have sensitivities.
How often should it be done?
It depends on how many pets use the area. Many homes do it every few months.
Will the smell be completely gone?
It should be much better, but odor reduction is not a guarantee of complete removal. Urine that has soaked deep into concrete, soil or turf backing can bring odor back.
