House Soft Washing in San Dimas & Southern California
Low-pressure house washing that removes dirt, cobwebs, algae, mildew and organic buildup from stucco, siding, trim, fascia and eaves without damaging the finish.
A Clean House Without Blasting It
High pressure can chip paint, force water behind siding and scar stucco. A soft wash uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution to lift dirt and organic growth, then rinses it away.
It is the safest way to clean a home exterior and it lasts longer than a hard spray, because it treats algae and mildew instead of just knocking off the top layer.

How It Works
1. Walk-around
We look at the siding, paint and any problem areas, and note anything already damaged.
2. Protect and apply
We protect fixtures and plants we can reach, then apply a cleaning solution suited to the surface.
3. Low-pressure wash
We clean siding, stucco, trim, fascia and eaves at low pressure.
4. Rinse and check
We rinse the house thoroughly and clean up the work area.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Roof cleaning, concrete cleaning and window cleaning are separate services unless they are on your quote.
- Oxidation removal, paint correction and restoration are not part of a house wash.
- Rust, oxidation, artillery fungus and permanent staining may not come off completely.
- Loose paint, failed coatings, water intrusion or damaged materials are not caused by washing and are not covered.
- Please secure pets, pick up pet waste and move fragile items away from the house before we arrive.

House Washing FAQ
What is soft washing?
Soft washing is low-pressure cleaning with a cleaning solution that breaks down dirt, algae and mildew. It cleans as well as high pressure without the risk of damaging paint, stucco or siding.
Is it safe for stucco?
Yes. Stucco is porous and can be damaged by high pressure. Low pressure and the right solution is the recommended way to clean it.
Will it remove rust stains?
Rust and oxidation often need a separate treatment and may not come off completely. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
Should I wash my house before painting?
Yes. Paint sticks better to a clean surface. We also offer pre-paint washing for painters and homeowners.
How long does a house wash take?
Most single-family homes take a few hours.
Can you help with an HOA violation notice?
Yes. Send us the notice and a photo of the area. We clean it, then send you before-and-after photos you can give your HOA to show the problem has been taken care of.
