Driveway & Concrete Cleaning in San Dimas & SoCal
Professional pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, pool decks and other concrete, with degreaser on oil spots and detail work along edges and expansion joints.
Driveways, Patios and Pool Decks
Concrete collects dirt, tire marks, oil drips, mildew and the gray film that makes a house look tired. A surface cleaner and the right pressure lift it out evenly, without the zebra stripes you get from a wand.
We pre-treat oil and stains with a concrete-safe degreaser, clean the full surface, then go back over edges, corners and expansion joints by hand.
- Visual inspection of the surfaces
- Concrete-safe degreaser or cleaning solution where needed
- Even surface cleaning with professional equipment
- Detail cleaning of edges, corners and expansion joints
- Final rinse and cleanup

How It Works
1. Inspect
We check the concrete for age, cracks, sealers and stains before we start.
2. Pre-treat
Oil and heavy stains get a concrete-safe degreaser and dwell time.
3. Surface clean
We clean the full area evenly with a surface cleaner.
4. Detail and rinse
Edges and joints are cleaned by hand, then everything is rinsed.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Deep oil, rust, paint, chemical, tire and other permanent stains may lighten but are not guaranteed to come out.
- Stains can wick back up through porous concrete after cleaning.
- Repair, resurfacing, sealing and coating removal are separate unless they are on your quote.
- Newer concrete can be etched or show aggregate when pressure washed, even after it has cured. We may change the method or decline concrete that is too new.
- Please tell us about any recent concrete work, coatings or sealers before we start.
- Existing cracks, spalling and uneven finishing can become more visible after cleaning.
- We may do a test area, lower the pressure or recommend a different method if concrete is too new or fragile.

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning FAQ
Can you get oil stains out of my driveway?
We pre-treat oil with degreaser and usually get a big improvement. Old oil that has soaked deep into the concrete can leave a shadow.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when the pressure and equipment match the concrete. Newer concrete is more delicate, so we may adjust the method or recommend waiting.
How new is too new?
Even cured concrete can be marked if it is recent. Tell us when it was poured and we will recommend the right approach.
Should I seal my concrete after cleaning?
Sealing helps resist stains and absorption. We offer concrete and paver sealing as a separate service.
Do you clean pool decks?
Yes. Pool decks, steps and coping are some of the most common areas we clean.
Can you help with an HOA violation notice?
Yes. Send us the notice and a photo of the area. We clean it, then send you before-and-after photos you can give your HOA to show the problem has been taken care of.
