Paver Restoration, Joint Sanding & Sealing in Southern California
Low-pressure paver cleaning, or a full restoration that deep cleans, re-sands with polymeric sand and seals your pavers to bring back color and lock the joints.
Two Ways to Bring Pavers Back
Pavers get dirty, lose joint sand, grow weeds and fade in the sun. Blasting them with high pressure strips out the joints and makes things worse.
For a refresh, we do a low-pressure clean with a biodegradable paver-safe cleaner. For a full restoration, we deep clean, remove weeds and failed joint material, install polymeric sand, compact it, and apply the sealer you choose.
- Low-pressure cleaning with paver-safe cleaner
- Treatment of oil, organic growth and stains
- Weed and failed joint sand removal
- Premium polymeric sand installed and compacted
- Professional-grade sealer, the system you choose
- Concrete, stone and masonry sealing too

Choose Your Service
Low-Pressure Paver Cleaning
A gentle full-surface clean with paver-safe cleaner and agitation on heavy spots. Joints stay in place.
Clean, Re-Sand & Seal
Full restoration: deep clean, new polymeric sand, compaction and sealer. Usually a 3–5 day process.
Concrete & Stone Sealing
Protective sealer for concrete, stone and masonry to cut down on staining and water absorption.
How It Works
1. Inspect
We check paver condition, drainage, joint loss, stains and any existing coatings.
2. Deep clean
Pavers are cleaned, stains treated and weeds and loose joint material removed.
3. Dry and re-sand
After drying, polymeric sand is installed, compacted, and the excess removed before activation.
4. Seal and walk-through
We apply your chosen sealer in the coats it needs, then walk the finished job with you.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Full restoration usually takes 3–5 days, depending on weather, shade and sealer drying times.
- You may need to keep foot and vehicle traffic off during curing.
- Final price depends on the sealer you choose. Sealers vary a lot in cost, finish and number of coats.
- Sealer does not fix sinking, shifting or cracked pavers. Leveling, replacement and base repair are separate.
- Sealer reduces staining but does not make pavers stain-proof or maintenance-free. Weeds and ants can return over time.
- Final color, sheen and uniformity vary with paver age, condition and the sealer you choose.

Paver Cleaning & Sealing FAQ
Will pressure washing wash out my joint sand?
High pressure can. That is why we clean pavers at low pressure, and re-sand with polymeric sand if the joints are already low.
How long does a full paver restoration take?
Usually 3 to 5 days from cleaning to final cure, depending on weather and the sealer you choose.
What does polymeric sand do?
It hardens in the joints after it is activated, which helps lock pavers in place and slows weeds and ants.
Which sealer should I choose?
It depends on the look you want, from natural to wet-look, and your budget. We walk you through the options and price it once you pick.
Will sealing fix uneven pavers?
No. Sealer protects the surface. Sinking or shifting pavers need leveling or base repair, which we quote separately.
Can you help with an HOA violation notice?
Yes. Send us the notice and a photo of the area. We clean it, then send you before-and-after photos you can give your HOA to show the problem has been taken care of.
