The Right Pressure for Every Surface

Pressure washing is not one service. Concrete needs real pressure and a surface cleaner. Stucco, siding and painted trim need low pressure and the right cleaning solution. Pavers need a gentle wash so the joint sand stays put, and solar panels need pure water and soft brushes.

We match the method to the surface, put the scope in writing, and clean up before we leave. Pick the service you need below, or call and we’ll help you figure it out.

  • Driveways, walkways and patios
  • Pool decks and steps

How It Works

1. Tell us what needs cleaning

Call, text or send photos. We look at the surfaces and give you a written estimate.

2. We protect and prep

We look over the property, protect fixtures and plants we can reach, and pre-treat stains.

3. Clean with the right method

Pressure, low pressure or pure water, depending on the surface.

4. Rinse and clean up

We rinse, clean up our work area and walk it with you.

Good to Know Before We Start

We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.

  • Some stains are permanent. Deep oil, rust, paint and old chemical stains may lighten but not fully disappear.
  • Repairs, sealing and coatings are separate unless they are on your quote.
  • Newer concrete can be marked by pressure washing. We may change the method or pass on concrete that is too new.
  • Pre-existing cracks, loose paint or damaged materials are not caused by cleaning and are not covered.

Pressure Washing FAQ

Is pressure washing safe for my house?

Yes, when the method fits the surface. We use low pressure and cleaning solutions on stucco, siding and painted surfaces, and higher pressure only on concrete and other hard surfaces that can take it.

How often should I pressure wash my home?

Most Southern California homes do well with a house wash and concrete cleaning once a year. Homes near trees, open land or busy roads may need it more often.

Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?

We pre-treat oil with a concrete-safe degreaser and usually get a big improvement. Deep, old oil can leave a shadow, and we tell you that before we start.

Do I need to be home?

We prefer that you are home at the end so we can do a final walkthrough together and you can approve the work before we leave. If you cannot be there, that is okay. We take before-and-after photos and send them to you. Either way, we need access to water and the areas being cleaned.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in San Dimas and work across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange counties.

Can you help with an HOA violation notice?

Yes. Send us the notice and a photo of the area. We clean it, then send you before-and-after photos you can give your HOA to show the problem has been taken care of.
