Low-Pressure Paver Cleaning in Southern California
A gentle, full-surface paver clean with a paver-safe cleaner that brings back color without blasting out your joint sand.
Clean Pavers the Right Way
High pressure strips the sand out of paver joints, which lets weeds in and lets pavers shift. That is why we clean pavers at low pressure.
We apply a biodegradable, paver-safe cleaner, agitate the heavy spots, and rinse the whole surface. If your joints are already low or your pavers have faded, ask about our full restoration with polymeric sand and sealer.

How It Works
1. Inspect
We check joints, stains, existing sealer and drainage.
2. Apply cleaner
A paver-safe cleaner breaks down dirt and growth.
3. Agitate and rinse
Heavy areas are agitated, then everything is rinsed at low pressure.
4. Walk-through
We check the results with you and point out anything that needs restoration.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Cleaning does not replace missing joint sand or seal the pavers. That is our restoration service.
- Old oil, rust and efflorescence may need separate treatment.
- Sunken or shifted pavers need leveling, which is quoted separately.

Paver Cleaning FAQ
Why low pressure?
High pressure washes out the joint sand that holds pavers in place. Low pressure and the right cleaner get pavers clean without that damage.
Should I seal after cleaning?
Sealing protects color and helps hold the joints. See our paver restoration, sanding and sealing service.
Can you remove white haze from pavers?
White haze is often efflorescence. It needs a separate efflorescence treatment.
