Get Rid of the Streaks
Patio covers collect dust, leaves, bird droppings and the dark vertical streaks called tiger striping. High pressure can damage the coating, so we clean them gently.
We pre-soak the cover, apply a cleaner that is safe for the surface, agitate problem areas by hand, and rinse at low pressure.

How It Works
1. Look it over
We check the cover material, coating and any loose or damaged sections.
2. Pre-soak and treat
The cover is soaked and treated with a cleaner made for the surface.
3. Agitate
Tiger stripes and heavy spots are worked by hand.
4. Low-pressure rinse
We rinse it clean and clean up underneath.
Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Faded coatings, chalking and permanent staining may remain after cleaning.
- Oxidation restoration, repainting, structural repair, rust repair and replacement are not included unless quoted.
- Loose paint, leaks or damaged components are not caused by cleaning and are not covered.

No. Cleaning removes dirt and buildup. Faded or chalky coatings need restoration or painting.
Do you clean the patio underneath too?
Yes, if you add it. Patio and concrete cleaning are often done in the same visit.
