Exterior window cleaning with a water-fed pole and pure water, or full interior and exterior cleaning with screens, sills, tracks and sliding doors.
Clear Glass, Inside and Out
Dust, pollen, hard water and cobwebs build up fast on Southern California windows. We clean exterior glass with a water-fed pole and purified water that dries without spots, which also reaches second-story windows without ladders in most cases.
Want the full job? We clean inside and out, wash the screens, wipe the frames and sills, brush out the tracks and put everything back.

Good to Know Before We Start
We put this in writing on every estimate so there are no surprises.
- Exterior-only service does not include interior glass or tracks.
- Hard-water spot removal, paint, adhesive or silicone removal and construction cleanup are separate unless quoted.
- Scratched, etched or damaged glass cannot be fixed by cleaning.
- Screen repair, blind cleaning and heavy track restoration are not included.
- Cleaning can make existing scratches, failed seals or hard-water etching more noticeable.
- Please move furniture and plants away from the windows before we arrive.

Window Cleaning FAQ
What is a water-fed pole?
It is a long pole with a brush that sprays purified water. Pure water has no minerals, so the glass dries without spots and we can reach high windows from the ground.
Do you clean screens?
Yes, with interior and exterior service and with sliding door cleaning.
Can you remove hard-water spots?
Light spotting usually comes off. Heavy hard-water staining needs a separate restoration treatment, and etched glass cannot be fully fixed.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Yes. Most second-story exterior glass can be reached with the water-fed pole.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Two to four times a year keeps most homes looking good. Homes near dust, trees or sprinklers may need it more.
