The project

An apartment community in Van Nuys brought us in to clean the shared spaces residents use every day: the pool deck, the central courtyard, the breezeways, the second-floor walkways and the drive areas. These are the surfaces that build up foot-traffic grime, drips and dark staining fastest, and they are the first thing prospective tenants see on a tour.

What we did

• Pressure washed the pool deck and the concrete around the pool, working carefully at the water’s edge.
• Cleaned the central courtyard and the ground-floor walkways.
• Cleaned the breezeways and the second-floor walkways, controlling runoff so water did not drip onto the areas below.
• Pressure washed the community driveway and drive areas.
• Walked the property at the end to make sure every area on the list was done.

The result

The common areas came out brighter and more even, with the foot-traffic grime lifted from the walkways and pool deck. Residents got cleaner shared spaces, and the property looks better for tours and inspections.
