Yes. We regularly work under GCs and can provide a COI, a W-9, and a written scope for your bid or subcontract.
Can you handle public works and prevailing wage jobs?
Yes. We are DIR registered (#2000018890) and can provide certified payroll.
Can the cleaning be phased?
Yes. We can clean by building, phase, or area as each part of the project is ready, and come back for punch-list items.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured and can issue a COI naming your company, the owner, or the property manager as additional insured.
