Usually after the last exterior trades finish and before final inspection or turnover. We can also clean in phases as areas are completed.
Do you work under general contractors?
Yes. We provide a COI, W-9, and a written scope for your subcontract or bid.
Can you handle prevailing wage projects?
Yes. We are DIR registered (#2000018890) and provide certified payroll.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured and can issue a COI naming your company, the owner, or the property manager as additional insured.
