Pre-Paint Surface Preparation
Pre-paint pressure washing from Foothill Pressure Washing: pressure washing and surface prep so new paint and coatings bond and last.
Paint Only Lasts as Long as the Prep
Paint and coatings fail early when they go over dirt, chalking, mildew, or loose material. We wash building exteriors, walls, trim, and flatwork ahead of painting so your painting contractor starts on a clean, sound surface.
We coordinate with painters and general contractors on timing and dry time, and we can prep entire buildings or phased sections.
- Stucco, block & tilt-up walls
- Trim, fascia & eaves
- Chalking & mildew removal
- Concrete prep before coatings
- Coordinated with your painter
- Phased or full-building prep
