Smart Exterior Lighting Designed Around Your Home

Govee Permanent Light Installation in Anaheim
Permanent lighting lets Anaheim homeowners enjoy decorative and architectural lighting throughout the year without repeatedly climbing ladders to install and remove temporary strands. A professionally installed Govee system can provide customizable colors, white-light options, scheduled scenes, and app-based control while remaining neatly integrated with the home's exterior.
Foothill Pressure Washing installs Govee permanent outdoor lighting with careful attention to rooflines, fascia, soffits, corners, power access, and cable routing. We plan each installation around the structure instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether the property has a straightforward roofline or several elevations and architectural transitions, we consider those details before installation so the finished system looks intentional and performs as expected.
How It Works and What It Costs
- You buy the lights. You purchase your Govee kit directly, so the receipt and manufacturer warranty are in your name. Lights are not included in our pricing.
- Three install options. A basic install with Govee clips and adhesive plus screws where needed, a 1×2 trim board install, or a powder-coated aluminum track install in 10 colors.
- Per-foot pricing. Installation is $8 per foot for a single-story home and $10 per foot for a two-story home or intricate roofline. Optional trim board is $3 per 8-foot board, billed in 8-foot increments. Optional aluminum track is $4.50 per foot and requires a non-refundable deposit for the full cost of the track.
- 2-year workmanship guarantee on our installation. The lights are covered by Govee’s warranty.

Govee Lighting Built for Everyday Use
Permanent Govee lighting gives homeowners more flexibility than traditional seasonal decorations. Once installed, the system can be adjusted for holidays, gatherings, special occasions, or subtle everyday illumination without changing the physical setup.
Depending on the model selected, Govee systems can offer:
- Different System Options: Govee manufactures permanent outdoor lighting systems across Pro, Elite, and RGBIC product lines.
- Color and White Modes: Compatible models can combine RGB effects with white-light options, allowing both decorative and more understated settings.
- Outdoor Construction: The systems are designed for exterior use with weather-resistant components intended for outdoor conditions when installed correctly.
- Flexible Configuration: Certain Pro systems support cutting and waterproof splicing at manufacturer-approved intervals, giving installers more flexibility around complex rooflines.
- Smart Operation: Compatible systems can be controlled with the Govee Home app and may also work with Alexa, Google Assistant, or Matter depending on the specific product.
The objective is to create a lighting system that suits the appearance of an Anaheim property during the day and gives homeowners complete control after sunset.
Our Installation Approach
BUILT AROUND THE HOME AND THE SPECIFIC GOVEE SYSTEM
1. We Review the Property First
We examine the roofline, fascia, soffits, eaves, architectural details, and available power locations before deciding how the lighting should be routed. This allows us to identify connection points and plan the installation with the actual structure in mind.
2. We Select the Right Mounting Method
The mounting strategy depends on the Govee product and the surface receiving the lights. Where appropriate, we use Govee’s supplied adhesive together with mechanical clips or brackets permitted by the installation requirements. Correct positioning helps maintain alignment and secure attachment.
3. We Handle Sections and Connections Carefully
For systems that support cutting and splicing, we work only at the approved cut points and use suitable waterproof connectors. Every connection is secured and checked so the finished system is not left vulnerable to unnecessary moisture exposure.
4. We Keep Wiring Organized
Visible, loose wiring can take away from an otherwise clean installation. We route cables as discreetly as practical and position drivers and control equipment in appropriate sheltered locations. Electrical work is approached with attention to safe practices and applicable requirements.
5. We Test Before We Leave
After installation, we test each lighting section and check colors, white modes, brightness, connectivity, and app operation. We also inspect the overall installation to make sure the system is functioning consistently across the full run.
6. We Show You How Everything Works
A permanent lighting system should be easy to use once installation is finished. We help homeowners understand the Govee app, lighting scenes, schedules, color controls, and other available features so they can manage the system confidently.
Choosing the Right Govee System
Govee offers several permanent lighting options, and the best choice depends on the home's layout, desired lighting effects, and the amount of flexibility needed during installation.
Govee Pro
The Pro line can provide additional installation flexibility on supported models, including approved cutting and waterproof splicing. Some versions also offer RGB lighting alongside warm and cool white options.
Govee Elite and Other Variants
Elite and other Govee systems can suit homeowners looking for permanent smart lighting with a simpler configuration. Features such as cutting, splicing, brightness, and smart-home compatibility vary between products.
We work with the specific system selected and follow its installation requirements rather than treating every Govee model as though it has identical specifications.
Permanent Light Installation in Anaheim, CA
Anaheim homes include a wide range of architectural styles, roof configurations, and exterior layouts. That variety makes thoughtful planning especially important when installing permanent lighting. A system that works well on one home may require a completely different layout on another.
Permanent Govee lighting provides Anaheim homeowners with a practical alternative to seasonal decorating. The lights remain installed while the appearance can change through app-controlled colors, scenes, schedules, and lighting effects. Use a softer setting for everyday evenings, brighter colors for celebrations, or customized scenes during the holiday season.
Foothill Pressure Washing provides permanent light installation in Anaheim with attention to the physical installation as well as the finished appearance. We consider roofline transitions, mounting locations, cable management, power access, and the requirements of the selected Govee model to create a clean, functional setup.
